Priced on your data, after a free pilot

We do not publish rates, because the price depends on how complex your data is. Send a small batch of the data your model gets wrong and we send it back done, free, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Then we quote one of five ways to pay, below.

How you pay

Five ways to pay, for annotation and evaluation work alike. No published rates: the price depends on your data, so we quote after the free pilot.

Per task

No commitment

You payper item

For work with a settled spec and a known volume.

Billed on
Each finished, accepted item.
Best for
Building a dataset or scoring a set of outputs to a fixed spec

Per hour

No commitment

You payper hour

For work where the guidelines are still changing.

Billed on
Hours worked, logged against each task so you can see where the time went.
Best for
Early work, rubric drafting and calibration

Fixed project

Signed scope

You payone price

For a single job with a defined scope and end date.

Billed on
One agreed price for the whole scope, set before work starts.
Best for
One off jobs with a deadline

Dedicated team

Contract

You payper seat

For steady work that needs the same people every week.

Billed on
A full time seat, 40 hours a week, for people who only work on your data.
Best for
Steady volume over months

Live review

Contract

You payper service level

For models in production that need a person behind them.

An agreed service level, not hours or items. People confirm flagged predictions or score sampled outputs.

  1. Response timeHow fast a person decides on each flagged prediction or sampled output
  2. CoverageBusiness hours, extended, or around the clock
  3. VolumeHow many predictions or outputs reach a reviewer each month

What moves the price

  • How complex the data is
  • For evaluations, how long the rubric and each item are
  • The quality target, and how much is reviewed twice
  • The expertise each item needs
  • How fast you need it back
  • Volume
  • Your tool or ours

Always included

  • A project manager
  • Quality checks on every delivery
  • Free rework against the agreed spec
  • NDA for everyone on the team
  • Data deleted when the project ends

Charged separately

  • Third party tool licences
  • Guideline changes after work starts

Volume pricing for large and long term work.

“DATACLAP has been great to work with and was very flexible in accommodating our labeling needs. We worked with them to get response times very low so that we could incorporate their HITL team into our live production service.”

From first message to production

  1. Today

Send a sample or book a call

Tell us what is failing. A few examples and your guidelines are enough to start.

  2. 24 to 48 hours

    Your pilot batch, done

Labelled or scored to your spec, so you can check it against your own benchmark.

  3. After the pilot

A quote based on your real data

Priced per task, per hour or per dedicated seat, using what the pilot showed.

  4. Ongoing

    Production with a quality report

Steady volume, a report with every delivery, and a team that scales with you.

The questions buyers ask first

Plain answers, so the first call can be about your data.

Is our data safe?
We sign an NDA before you share anything. Every team member is under NDA and background checked, we work inside your access controls where we can, and data is deleted when the project ends.
What will it cost?
The pilot is free. After that, one of the five ways to pay above, quoted on what the pilot showed about your data.
What if the quality is not right?
We rework it at no charge until it meets the spec we agreed. Changes to the guidelines after work starts are priced separately.
How fast can you start?
Pilot batches usually come back within 24 to 48 hours. We have assembled trained teams of 30 or more people within a week for production work.
Is there a minimum?
No. We take projects of any size, from one pilot batch to dedicated teams running around the clock.
Who will we talk to?
The founder, on the first call and through the pilot. No sales handoff.

The terms, plainly

  • No minimum order
  • Free rework when quality falls short of the agreed spec
  • Guideline changes after work starts are priced separately
  • Contracts only for long term programs and dedicated seats
  • Volume pricing for large and long term work

Two ways to start

Pick whichever is easier. Both reach the founder directly.
