No AI lab owns any part of Dataclap. Your data stays under your control and is deleted once you accept the final delivery.
- Privacy

- Data residency
- Work runs on your servers when you need it to. For Client C, every file stayed on EU servers for six months while our team worked remotely under NDA.
- Deployment
- Your tools, your VPC or on premises, or a dedicated isolated instance on ours.
- Transfer
- Cloud storage connectors, SFTP and your own buckets. Nothing moves outside the agreed perimeter.
- Contracts
- NDAs with every client and every employee, plus IP assignment and non compete agreements.
- People
- Background checks before hiring and at intervals after.
- Workspace
- Biometric entry, CCTV, restricted data access and secure workstations.
- After the project
- Your data is permanently deleted once you accept the final delivery.
