The challenge
Client H automates college sports broadcasting. Its water polo models found players well but struggled to pinpoint goals, passes and shots, and it needed labelled events straight after each match.
What we did
After a three week pilot with intensive water polo training, a team of 10 annotators processed matches as they finished, mostly on weekends, with a schedule built around match days.
Results
Annotated match data arrived inside the required window, supporting near real time highlights and better event detection.
